Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Talk to a Physio. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided
Talk to a Physio offers physiotherapy services, including:
1.1 In-person consultations and treatment at various clinic locations across London
1.2 Remote physiotherapy consultations
1.3 Monthly subscription plans for ongoing physiotherapy support
The services provided are movement-based, with a focus on active rehabilitation, personalised exercise programs, and performance support.
2. Appointments and Booking
2.1. Appointments must be booked in advance. Confirmation will be provided via email or text message.
2.2. For remote physiotherapy sessions, the Client must ensure access to a stable internet connection and a suitable device for video communication.
2.3. Talk to a Physio reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or outside the scope of practice.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1. All fees are payable at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2. For monthly subscription services, payments will be processed automatically on the agreed date each month.
3.3. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit or debit card payments, and subscription payment links.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations.
4.2. Subscription payments are non-refundable once the monthly billing cycle has commenced.
4.3. Talk to a Physio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be offered.
5. Insurance Claims
5.1. It is the Client’s responsibility to obtain pre-authorisation from their insurance provider prior to booking.
5.2. Talk to a Physio will provide relevant documentation upon request but is not responsible for rejected claims or delayed reimbursements.
5.3. Any outstanding fees not covered by insurance remain the Client’s responsibility.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1. The Client’s personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6.2. The Client has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data, subject to legal obligations.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. While every effort is made to ensure effective treatment, Talk to a Physio does not guarantee specific outcomes.
7.2. Talk to a Physio shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the Client’s failure to follow advice or prescribed exercises.
7.3. This limitation of liability does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Amendments
9.1. Talk to a Physio reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Zero Tolerance Policy
Talk to a Physio is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients and practitioners. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the following behaviours:
• Sexual harassment or abuse
• Discriminatory language or behaviour on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age
• Verbal or physical abuse
• Threatening or intimidating behaviour
Any such conduct will result in the immediate termination of services and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Talk to a Physio reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who breaches this policy.
