Cancellations & Late Arrivals Policy

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered short notice and may be charged the full appointment fee.

If you arrive late for your appointment, I’ll do my best to provide treatment in the remaining time. However, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to proceed with the session, and it will be treated as a short-notice cancellation.
